General Firm Information
Where is Tolli Tax & Accounting located?
We are proudly located at 123 S Main St, Nevada, Missouri. We serve clients from Nevada, Missouri, Vernon County, Lamar, El Dorado Springs, Fort Scott, and throughout southwest Missouri, while also providing secure virtual tax and accounting services nationwide.
What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:30 during tax season, as well as Saturday and Sunday by appointment. We offer flexible scheduling, including virtual consultations to fit your busy life. The office is open 9:00 to 4:00 after tax season.
Who will I be working with?
You’ll be working directly with Nicole Tolli, an Enrolled Agent (EA) licensed by the IRS. As an EA, Nicole is a federally authorized tax practitioner who specializes in taxation and has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
Tax Preparation
What documents do I need to prepare my tax return?
We’ve prepared a checklist for individuals and businesses, available at /tax-prep-checklists. Common items include W-2s, 1099s, ID verification, and deduction records.
Can I file taxes virtually with you?
Yes. Tolli Tax & Accounting offers secure virtual tax preparation for individuals and businesses throughout Missouri and across the United States. Clients securely upload tax documents through our encrypted portal, communicate electronically, review their completed return remotely, and electronically sign and file without visiting the office. Virtual tax preparation is ideal for busy professionals, business owners, military families, retirees, and clients who live outside the Nevada, Missouri area.
Do you offer drop-off or in-person appointments?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to stop by during office hours or schedule an in-person consultation at your convenience.
Tax Resolution
I owe the IRS. Can you help?
Yes. We specialize in IRS representation and tax resolution, including payment plans, penalty abatement, and Offer in Compromise services.
Do I need to talk to the IRS myself?
Not at all. As your Enrolled Agent, Nicole can speak directly to the IRS on your behalf.

Absolutely. We use IRS-compliant encryption through Verifyle, a secure client communication and document portal.
Will I get spam or marketing texts from you?
Never. We only use SMS/texts for appointment reminders and urgent messages. You can opt out anytime.
